No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.

My 87is recently had the radiator neck snap at the upper hose. I've had the car 6 years. I was thinking the magic TB number was 60k (I only have 35k on the belt). Since I'll be doing the radiator I thought I may as well do the TB "early" so I started looking at DIY threads. I was mortified when the 4 year limit was pointed out!! Mine is 9 years old this month!
What an ass. I feel pretty damn lucky!Brian

Im looking forward to using my $50 steel lollipop, 3/4" breaker bar & 4 ft jack handle for an extension. Last front seal I did was on my M10 and before that was either the 48 Fargo pickup or the 6-354 Perkins.

I just finished a 2 month stint seeing my chiro after the total loss on my 318i but am otherwise one of the few mature people I know who do not have some kind of persistent back issue. I plan to keep it that way.
I'm hoping the extension angle will allow me to brace it on my shoulder and then lift from the knees to crack that baby loose without having to balance myself on a cinder block :loco:
