Did built seta swap and now wouldn't rev past 2k without bogging

Just swapped in my new built seta into my e30, and now the car doesn't want to rev past 2k. The second it hits 2k it bogs down to about 1-1.5k then comes back to life. The car already has a new cps, tps, cap and rotor, high performance spark plug wires, new spark plugs. all seals on the motor are brand new. running out of ideas of what it could be, does anyone have any suggestions?

Check the rail fuel pressure while driving the car. My other suspicion would be a bad AM.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

AM? fuel pressure should be fine its the same fuel rail and pressure regulator i used from my old motor. ill check that though. I'm about to order a aeromotive 240 fuel pump right now as well.

          I think he meant AFM

why would you blow $200 on a fuel pump if you don't even know what the problem is?

Everything "should" be fine, sure. How about actually testing the fuel pressure?

Which engine is the fuel pressure regulator from? Make sure you have the 3 bar regulator from a M20B25.

Because I'm turboing the motor shortly anyways.

Its the original one from my m20b25. Only difference is I'm running 19lbs injectors. I swapped back to stock injectors to see if that was the problem but it's not.
