I'm not sure that maintenance items count as a mod list.

My question, what do you mean by port matched gaskets? The gaskets are bigger than the actual ports on the cylinder head. Do you mean that the cylinder head was port matched?

wasn't posting a mod list just whats has been done to it.
and correct cylinder head ports were matched to the gaskets thanks for correcting that.

          Where did he say "mods"?

Mustang Dyno will read lower than a DynoJet. Numbers look pretty normal for an m20 with mileage, except a little low when removing A/C and P/S.

The A/F ratio looks a bit wonky. 13:1 would be much better. The shape of the curve (very rich below 4500) makes me suspect that the AFM may be off. But the high end is rich also, which could be a fuel system problem.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

They did not use a air fuel measuring device.
              It's defaulted to 7.3 when it's unplugged

^Why is the left side of the graph labeled "AFR" and scaled to match, then?

I'm pretty sure that's just when they do have the dyno setup for measuring afr
Notice at the bottom of the graph that there a flat line at the 7.3 afr ratio and stays flat through out.

Yeah, that looks like torque if you look at the values at the bottom.
