soooooo i did find out that MY problem at least is easily solved.. i talked to a buddie of mine and he is 110% sure that u can just connect motronic 1.3 to the body side of my 86 325es via c101 soooo problem solved haha... at least my problem is.

haha ok im glad to hear you figured it out, I just got lucky and found a 87 i with a wiring harness so its basically all plug and play from here on out lol

You know if everyone SEARCHED we wouldnt have these threads about the c101 connector...
