    im right in the middle of pulling the head off and im getting frustrated.. it might be the heat, it might be trying to read the bently on my phone, but doesn anyone have any advice from doing this before??

    Yes, buy a bentley manual or read it on a laptop or computer. Calm down and don't work on your car all pissed off or you will become wreckless and lose bolts and stuff.

      should be easy and fun, there are plenty of room to work with.

        loosen exhaust.
        remove the fan
        remove air box, boot, etc
        remove cooling hoses
        remove Vbelts and pulleys.
        pull the plug wires, cap and rotor
        remove timing covers
        Set engine to TopDeadCenter
        remove the throttle
        remove valve cover then remove timing belt
        remove the hose from the back gooseneck (back of the head)
        use your torx sockets (E12) to loosen the head bolts in the correct order.
        at this point i remove all the electrical from the intake side.
        then lift straight off.

        if u do it right and have all the right tools, 30-45min job. messy wrong tools it takes forever.
