fresh engine... no spark... calling all m20 guys

I had the same issue. Replaced the wiring harness and the computer with no luck. Let me know if you find out even though I sold the car.

this may be a dumb question but which way does the clutch plate go on? flat side towards gear box, or toward engine.. I seems like it only went on one way, also what are the chances the timing for the spark is messed up? I made sure the timing marks were lined up, but could it still be wrong? im getting fuel, air, and spark although not fantastically strong. im still lost as to why this thing wont turn over
