Yesterday I went with a new bosch platinum +4 set up and the car is running worse than before. I didnt have any issues with the bosch superplus that was in , just figured a better plug would give better spark....Basicly the car idles worse and even through a check engine light. The light quickly turned off and I drove the car. Feels nice at high RPM. Just crapy at idle..... What do u think?

I had Bosch pt +4 in my car before and had no problem with idle, but the consensus on this forum is that this is the wrong plug for the car. NGK ZGR5A is the recommended plugs for E30. -

M20's use a "long" tip plug that protrudes a bit farther than most plugs.
