    Mod help

I have purchased an 89 325i that is in need of a transmission. I have decided to do the auto to 5 speed swap myself, which will take me a lot of time. I will also be performing all necessary maintenance, as the service history for the car is unknown.
I'm looking for a little extra bang for my buck, so I want to do some easy mods. I have already purchased 19# Bosch Design III 4 pintle injectors. I have a line on a Miller MAF and WAR chip as well, but have not purchased it.
Is the MAF and WAR chip worth it? My other option is to buy the MarkD chip while it is on sale, so I need to decide before the end of the month.
So, should I go with the MAF and WAR chip, or just go with the MarkD chip for now and deal with air intake later on?

depends on how much you think you will modify the car. mines a 2.7i with 19# injectors and a Mark D chip and its a blast

Before you even think about mods to the engine get it running right in factory configuration first.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

As was mentioned in the first post, I will get ALL maintenance done prior to any mods. I am talking about AFTER the maintenance. I like to be ready, and the MarkD sale is on now and the Miller MAF and WAR chip is a limited time thing too. This is about planning ahead.
