Puddle of coolant near rear of engine?

Could also be leaking from the heater core it's self, right? The drain for the heater core dumps coolant on top of the transmission, making it near impossible to see where it's coming from. Would that be too far back for what you're seeing?

If it clears up with the heater core hose clams though, awesome :)
