    Not running on all cylinders

I have an 87 325E that I bought off craigslist as a project and its been sat for close to 7 years. It runs but cylinder number 5 isn't running, it's getting spark but it doesn't run. Any ideas?

To run it must have air, fuel, and spark. Check your fuel injector going into cyl 5 then check the compression number for that cylinder.

The compression on cylinder 5 is good, I'm think the injector is suspect. I was running it and I couldn't feel it ticking when it was running, the leads to the injector have continuity and I measured 6 ohms off the injector itself.

Pull the valve cover to check and see if the one of the #5 rockers are broken.

Not a bad idea, I'll check tomorrow when I have sun light and when it isn't raining.

Definitely could also be a clogged injector from sitting.
