Okay so I just finished putting in a 89 m20b25 into my 87 e and she starts up with no problem idles pretty good sounds good to but when I give her some throttle she bogs down and when I rev her slowly then let the RPMs drop she bogs down alottt and sometimes dies and obviously im not getting fuel response with the throttle could it be the duel fuel pumps? Maybe need to be wired together or some kind of wiring issue? any solutions thanks.

I've been in your exact situation with my M20B25 swap, and I urge you to test everything. You'll get conflicting responses on what is to blame - ECU, AFM, injectors, injector harness, Distributor Cap, CPS, TPS, etc and it's very easy to blow a small fortune trying to track down the problem. The best way to start is testing fuel pressure and ruling out the fuel system. Tee a gauge in before the fuel rail and check the pressure at idle - 42 psi and you're fine, but make sure it doesn't go down as you increase the throttle.
If that checks out, I'd inspect the distributor cap.

I couldn't get a tester at work and I am going to buy one when I get paid but some good news is that I got her running I've been driving her around as well it turned out to be the brake booster hose because I don't have the intake boot that has the vacuum line running to those two Ports on the tb so I messed up by eliminating the lower port to the tb boot and had two hoses running straight to the brake booster check valve so I think I was suffocating it so I just blocked off the lower whole and used my old check valve and used one hose to the brake booster. As far as fuel goes I got the outer pump working by splicing the two fuel pump wires in together so the outer one turns on at the same time as the inner pump.
