      Well maybe?!

The whole forum has struggled to help you in your countless cam and head threads. If I were you I'd STFU.

You didn't do it right the first couple times...

Well yeah i know i fucked up on multiple different aspects of this project. But i have enough sense to know to replace the gasket everytime the head is pulled back off. Same with head bolts....which i did learn from you thank you for that.

OP, people on this forum are trying to help. You can try to be a bit more humbling in your responses. Sarcasms will piss off a lot of people here.

lift the front end up about a foot or so to make the radiator the highest point in the cooling system.

I just read this whole thing, Quite the clusterfuck, It seems that everything just might work out ok.

A couple words of advise, When no less that 8 people have taken their time away from Family, work, whatever to help you am multiple occasions it is customary to STFU and listen. after you have soaked up all that knowlege than be humble with when responding back, Otherwise your threads will go un answered and it will be just you and your Bently.

Btw, There are plenty of 17 year olds that can tear into a motor or replace a head. While you may be young and gifted, dont be young and arrogant.

Started it today, bled the cooling system, everything went perfect i couldnt believe it. So how long until i can "step on it" and really punch it. My friend told me to wait a few hundred miles before i floor it

Probably pretty good advise. a couple hundred is probably enough time for any issues to develop.

Agreed. As a general rule of thumb, issues are both easier to hear and less catastrophic at lower RPMs. You might notice a rattle or something loose after driving it for a bit, and can investigate it. If you ping it off redline the first indication you might have is snapping metal.

In your case I would agree with the "break in" so to say.

That said, high rpm's do wonders to move any remaining air bubbles out of the system.

Put a rolled up sock under the gas pedal.
