Okay so i just got done with a full head rebuild, new Schrick 272 cam, hd rockers, new valve springs, cleaned up/ polished valves. Got the car running yesterday and now im getting a SUPER loud ticking coming from either the valvetrain or the the new injectors. Its way louder than the usual "e30 tick" and its exaggerated when i give it gas. Please help.

Were both dowels in place when the head was re-installed? And have you double checked cam timing?The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
