The hose that goes from whatever sensor comes off the charcoal canister to the nipple on the bottom of the throttle body. Mine needs to be replaced. I could not find this hose or the part number in any of the diagrams on realoem or bmwfans.
That line is all one piece with a check valve on it. I don't think deleting it is a good idea or even possible.
Right. The only thing that might work is taking the oem hose off the sensor and making a hose that changes sizes with bits and pieces of different sized vacuum hose and connectors, which I'm trying to avoid doing. More connections = more places for leaks
I've never looked that closely at one of those hoses, but I don't believe it has a check valve in it. You can use plain hose or get part 13311288284 from your dealer.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Looked at it some more today and pulled the hose off. I didn't realize the big part of the hose was more of just a cover than anything for where it connects to a smaller nipple inside. Stuck a new vacuum line in and everything was all good. Attached a pic of the tip of the old hose. That hole goes all the way through.
