    m20b25 oil line bypass?

Hey all! i have an 87 is i am working on, i thrashed my oil cooler on the side of the road, and all i could do was cut the lines before the cooler, and get hose, and "bypass" it. ANd i now found that where the line goes to the oil filter housing IS JB WELDED!! So i was wondering, should i get new lines? They are expensive and im on a high school students budget, I also heard that you can use a eta oil filter housing to delete the lines? anyone know about this? thanks!

You can install the male oil filter adapter from an Eta engine and install the oil filter directly against the block.

Part number is 11112140435 and it's about $9 new.

So this will completely get rid of the lines as well?
And all i have to do is take the filter off the filter housing, and put the adapter in? How will this bypass the lines? sorry to flood with questions, just trying to make sure before i go tear into this. thanks again.

That piece is all you need to ditch the adaptor on the block the lines attach to. Simply pull the whole oil cooler setup off and mount filter directly to the block with the above listed adaptor
