Help w Belts, not Aligning/ Crooked.

Few weeks ago I decided to replace my AC belt, Steering, and Alt. What Ive read and understood was that it goes Alt-Steering-AC in last. My brother and law truck mechanic said no way because the belts end up twisted and so installed with AC and Steering reversed Steering on the outside.
I test drove less than a mile and sure enough those 2 broke.
Ive now installed in the proper order, but Im hand turning and the AC belt wont stay seated in it's pulleys without twisting.
    Is this normal?

Seriously, you only have to look at them to see they are in the wrong position. Switch the outer 2 belts so that the AC belt is in the middle groove and the PS is in the outer. Leave the Alt-WP where it is.

That's how I had them before and they both snapped off in less than a mile.

Looks like your PS Pump pulley looks seriously mis-aligned. With the belt off check the play in the pump shaft. Jeffinhiscars is correct regarding the order of the belts.

Ok thanks. After further research I found 2 different diy's each with different order for the belts.
Logically it makes since they should line up.

The belts, as shown in the picture are on the wrong crank pulleys. The AC belt must be out on first, the PS belt.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
