    Cometic HG Compression Drop/Increase??

    How much of a compression drop/increase would a cometic head gasket make if??

    Stock HG .080" 8.8:1
    Cometic .040" ?????
    Cometic .140" ?????

      by my quick calcs

      9.75:1 with 0.040"
      7.71:1 with 0.140"

      assuming 85mm bore on the gasket which is approx what stock one is
      89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...
