    Coolant overflow

What problems cause coolant to come out of the overflow?

you need to bleed the air out of your system. (usual issue)
or you have a blown HG/head

Does a leaking headgasket stay constant on how much will come out of the overflow? Cause it seems to vary

Not necessarily. This is typically indicative of the HG. Good luck!

well see i wanna say head gasket but ive been tracking it like the past 2 days i had nothing come out coolant stayed at the same level but then today i think i lost a little tiny bit but if it was a headgasket it would leak all the time wouldnt it?

A minor head gasket leak won't always be consistent . It may depend on how far the car is driven, how fast, and what the ambient temperature is. But if you are seeing a loss of coolant with no apparent leaks, the head gasket becomes the primary suspect.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

when is it coming out? is it when your car is running and hot with the cap off?

Before anything, start with pressure testing your radiator cap! It can fail to hold pressure and allow coolant to spill out prematurely.
