ok tried everything, fuse is good....connections seem good and tight....sigh
new battery no start plz help!!

Make sure your engine ground is in good condition and clean and secure. It runs from the oil pan to the frame rail on the drivers side. It is the engine ground for all engine electronics including the starter.Owner - Bavarian Restoration

Actually, it is the opposite of what you think. If all of your fuses stay intact, your OBC would be dead because there might be too much current flowing through them during a jump start. I have not had this happened to me so do not quote me for this, but I have heard that a dead OBC can prevent the car from starting. There must be a very good reason for Bentley to recommend the removal of fuses during jump start.Comment

Neither the OBC nor the DME would affect most of the dash lights nor would they affect the rest of the car's lights. From the OP it sounds like battery power isn't reaching the car. Verify the battery's charge level (12.6-12.7v on a fully charged battery) at the battery posts. Then compare that to what you read from the battery positive to chassis ground. That is a check of the ground connection and should be the same as measured across the battery. From there start probing the primary power connections.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
