Poor idle/stall after installing TMS chip

If the only thing you touched on the car was the ECU, and installing the stock chip doesn't improve anything, then I would have to recommend trying out another ECU.

Can't say I did. After driving it a couple more times the car no longer fluctuates or stalls. It seems that it misfires just a tad nothing bad you won't notice unless you try hard. I purchased the vehicle in July and did a tune up the first week including spark plug and wires.
