Mostly because i'm confident that when I changed all of the intake manifold and related gaskets and rings, I did it correctly. Also I checked using carb cleaner on many areas that were suspect, and after a touch of blue rtv on the three metal angles that connect to the intake manifold carb cleaner didnt effect the idle at all. Yet no noticeable improvement.
Any suggestions?

In my last post I explained the drop in idle and almost stalling was due to a bad ICV, everything else is fine. I both cleaned and re-lubricated the old ICV to no avail, so I got a used one, and immediately the problem was solved.
