Wrong Ignition Plugs or Wrong Spark Plugs?

So I just put in my Bosch WR8LC+ in my 1989 325i and I go to put in the ignition plugs back in and they wont go on. The Ignition wires are Beru BMW Wires.

These are the plugs that came out, every single one looks like this. The top portion of all the plugs is missing.
Whats going on here?
