    rebuilt injector question.

I recently rebuilt my injectors, and they leak like a stuck pig.
    I replaced:
    both O-rings
    O-ring spacers
    Caps
    Filter basket
But after the third install I noticed the O-rings on the bottom have room between the spacer and cap,im wondering if I was given the wrong set for a injector #028150126.
    Thank you for your time.

Timmay! You should post up a picture so we can see what you did. how easy are the injectors fitting into the rail/intake. It should take some force to get them in there.

The order of parts on the tip of the injector is spacer->o ring-> pintle cap.

If you switched the order of the spacer and o ring they will not seal properly

I didn't switch the positions, but I'll post a picture when I can. The injectors fit into the rail well and it seems somewhat similar for the intake but then the 1st injector closet to the front of the car starts to leak and a raw fuel river starts flowing down the side of the block.

This sounds like an external leak. If it is truly coming from the injectors it's either the top oring, a damaged injector housing, fuel rail, fpr or hose

but the injector is dry all the way down until the lower o-ring,and I can losen the last two fuel rail mounts, put pressure on FPR and the leak stops, then tighten the bolts and it slowly starts leaking again, thats why im thinking its the play in the O-ring,but just in case how do I check the FPR?
