I had, literally, this exact problem a few months ago. Fuse 10 is still blowing but the misfire is gone, it just isn't running on all 6 cylinders right now... What happened in my case was that the water pump pulley chewed through the CPS insulation and I guess was causing it to short out. I didn't even have to replace it, I just moved it out of the way and zip tied it so it wouldn't touch and the misfiring stopped.

Yeah, I replaced.the cps too but I noticed that this could be a problem so I did something similar to prevent this.
Thanks for the input tho. :)

I may have missed it, but have you checked the engine ground cable (oil pan to chassis/frame)??
I had an incident where I replaced all sensors because the car ran very poorly, all the new sensors fixed nothing... a friend told me to check the ground and I was sure that wasn't the issue, well, it turned out to be exactly that in my case wish I checked before I spent all the $$$ on replacing working sensors.

What brand coil? Just because it's new doesn't mean it's good. Your symptoms sound like a bad coil and a bare wire that is shorting to ground.

You say you replaced the AFM? did you use a new one? have you tested it's output while powered up?
