Fuel and Oil mixture in Catch can?

While cleaning my catch can I noticed a bit of fuel and oil in it ( if I just put a filter on the end it drips). Thoughts?

Your catch can connected to just your valve cover? Stock M20?

Make sure you fuel pressure regulator isn't leaking since it is right next to your valve cover

2nd, check to make sure the injectors are seated properly and not leaking from the fuel rail into the valve cover

Other than that, not sure how fuel can get into the valve cover since the injectors plug into the intake, and the intake goes into the head, below the valve cover....

Boosted M20 and the FPR is brand new. Fuel is in the catch can ( quite a bit).

fuel leaks past rings into pan, mixes with oil goes up the crankcase breather to the head then into the catch can....

True, didn't think about it, but I guess I figured he'd have some serious driveability with that much fuel not being combusted

when you consider the amount stated ("a bit"), and time it takes it is a small amount in the scheme of things but not insignificant in its effect

worst issue is that fuel contaminated oil doesn't lubricate anywhere near as regular oil, and the fuel is washing the bores before it even gets into the oil pan so the oil on the bore could be extremely contaminated.
