Run car till operating temp is reached? you jacked front of car up? take coolant cap off? turn heat inside car to full hot and blast?

Yeah, I did all that. I didn't get the heater blowing hot air. So when I'm blowing the hot air should the car still be on?

the leak out of fender is your over flow hose, it should be coming from behind the tire so not to cause you to loose traction. On my M3 I rerouted it to a empty oil bottle because putting fluids on the track is a NO-NO

Oh I see, so what does that mean because I've never had a leak coming from there. Is there anything that can stop it from coming out?

yeah run car the whole time while you're bleeding it and have hot air blowing the whole time

no it's your over flow, it's for safety. Just don't over fill your coolant and you shouldn't see anything come from there
