I put this in the trans forum and realized it should probably go here
Just replaced auto trans no start
So I just replaced my auto trans with a rebuilt zf unit. Everything is assembled and I hit the key, nothing, I did need to rotate the motor by hand to get the converter bolted up, does the flange on the flywheel need to be in a certain postiion before starting for the cps to read it?
I have already checked binding on the starter, it's good.
One of the cps units looks to have a cracked connection at the wire connection, not at the sensor end. It still plugs in fine.
The car is in park. It's not that.
Battery voltage is good. Starter is good. I drove the car a week ago with no start issues...
