    Idle

Hey guys, i got a5 speed 325i that idles at around 650rpm is that normal? And when i step on the gas slowly it picks up pretty well but when i hit the gas a little harder the idle drops down to 450-500 rpm and feels like the cars about to shutoff but then picks up and goes.... And sometimes when i come to a stop at the redlight the idle gots up and down 2-3 times between 750rpm-1500rpm and then settles at 650rpm...???...

Are you saying that there are no intake leaks because a properly executed smoke test was done? If not you can't make that statement. What you describe sounds most like intake leaks.

Have the same problem gotta be a vaccum leak
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!

By having a shop run a smoke test. With the exhaust plugged and the AFM replaced by a plug with a nipple for oil smoke injection one can say that there are no leaks when 2-4psi of smoke pressure can be held for at least 5 minutes with no leaks.
