    thats not me shifting or lifting off the gas...the CEL comes on and its like someone threw the engines light switch off

    Mine was doing that and it ended up being my ICV.

          Your video of the event isn't helpful. If it had stayed on the cluster during the event that might have provided a clue.

          If the tachometer takes a big drop when the cutout occurs, the DME is loosing timing data from the engine. That can be a bad CPS, bad engine harness , or bad DME. If the tachometer doesn't react, but the econometer drives toward zero, there is a fuel delivery problem.
          The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

            My super eta did this whenever I went over half throttle from a dig it would just cut out/jerk violently then continue on like nothing happened. It started to occur less often, but I suspect it was something ignition related as my e30 sucked gas so bad. After I had replaced my spark plugs, spark plug cables, rotor/cap and distributor never happened again.
