Fuel cooler?

That was only used on early cars, up to 8/87 as I recall. It was not used on later production when BMW realized that it served no useful purpose. No harm will come from deleting it.

Holy shit, that's not a common thingus. It's plumbed into your air conditioning.

I dont see why you cant delete it, unless you get some crazy hot temps there? Honestly though, why even delete it? Looks like its in great shape, replace the rubber lines and clamps and keep it.

NVM just did some looking, dosnt do anything with no AC so go ahead and remove it.

That's what I was thinking.. I just wanted to make sure that no one had any issues with vapor lock once they removed it. (I can always put the AC back on if so) I did some more digging and apparently they only did the fuel cooler for about 6 months..

So apparently there's a fuel cooler on my 87 325e, What I want to know is if I'm going to run into any trouble when I bypass it? Was it to prevent vapor lock? I've just done the A/C delete, so its not like it's going to cool the fuel now anyways..
