Alright M20 Gurus. No start. Spark and fuel present: SOLVED!

So one of the many reasons i hate M20s is BS like this. Gone through every diagnostic procedure in my head.

    Solid Spark
    Solid Fuel Spray
    5 different ECU's/Crank Sensors tried
Bypassed ing signal (in case of OBC code issues)
    Fuel pump fires
    Main relay fires
ICV hum, CEL on when key on (everything that needs power has it)
    Starter cranks solid
    Solid Compression
    etc

Havent verified 100% crank/spark timing but ive had issues here in the past and still had it atleast try to start
Plugs are soaked after trying to crank

What say you R3v. 10$ to the person who nails it.

I know you said solid spark but If your plugs are soaked after cranking id think your either not getting spark or getting very weak spark.

How about a free swap harness?

What is the fuel pressure? (Possible clogged return line?)

Did you bypass the obc at the relay under dash? Although it sounds like thats what you did.

Ohm the coil makes sure its reasonably within spec.

      Ignition switch acting up?

What kind of injectors are you using? It is dumping way too much fuel.

Everything is stock, tried a few different coils, 2sets of injectors etc
Fuel pressure is fine, return line is clog free

where did you check for spark? at the coil or at the spark plugs?

                Start checking grounds perhaps.

                  Too rich - Vac leak?
                  Crank position sensor?
If eta, the cold start injector could be leaking?

You said your plugs were soaked after cranking it, maybe pull all of your plugs and crank it. See if you shoot out a crap load of fuel from a leaky injector or your fpr is faulty filling up your cylinders.

Fuel is coming out of the FPR when FP relay is hotwired. Working normally. Get decent vacuum when cranking. Tried a few different crank sensors

On last M20 no start issue I had - it turned out to be poor fuel. Actually fuel tank had water in it and had to replace the fuel filter and drain the tank. Maybe check the fuel tank

What was the scenario when car came into mmw? Was it running then suddenly died? Sat up?

Swapped injectors. Car hasnt run in 6 months or so because of this issue.
