Post timing-belt change plastic/metal noise (solved, please delete)

    Hi all,
I did my timing belt, water pump, tensioner, spring, pin, and fan clutch last weekend, and i'm sure it's timed well. Engine starts up strong and runs fine, but there's this noise i can't isolate.
It doesn't sound like a belt that's too tight - more of plastic/rubber on metal.
I initially thought it sounded like the fan hitting something rubber/plastic, and the sound speeds up with revvs. Changed the fan clutch and that wasn't it.

Could it be the water pump just being bad from the factory?

Here's a video. Need to sovle this by monday, so any and all help is greatly appreciated :)

    Thanks!

Remove all of the accessory belts and fire up the engine when it is cold for no more than a minute or two. If the noise is still present then it is coming from the timing belt/tensioner/distributor. If not present then, re-install one belt at a time and check again until you find the belt that causes the noise.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Solved - couldn't have found it until i got it up on a hoist at a nearby shop
Lower timing cover bolt was stripped, so on first startup after tb/wp replacement, it sheared off, making the lower cover press against the back of the harmonic balancer. I was only able to find it by having the car up high since you can only really see that bolt well from below and at a funny angle.
