    Fuel Problem

Checked injector harness with noid light and injectors are getting a signal. Pressure on the feed line. When I remove the return line from the FPR fuel flows out in a strong stream from the FPR while cranking. I replaced the FPR with another one I had laying around and the same problem. Could the injectors be getting a signal but not be spraying fuel, therefore building too much pressure in the rail?

    Thanks in advance!

You can't build up "too much pressure in the rail". The FPR prevents that. What's your issue?

My issue is that fuel flows into the rail and straight out of the FPR. It looks as though nothing is going through the injectors as when I pulled spark plugs they are not covered in fuel, nor is a strong fuel smell present. When I said too much pressure in the rail I mean that there is a constant pressure keeping the FPR open and no fuel is reaching the chambers.

        Maybe try replacing the fpr.

Replaced it with one that worked out of another car and it was the same. That's what doesn't make sense to me. If the noid light determines the injectors are firing, what would cause fuel to not make it into the chambers?

Hmm... could all six of your fuel injector filters be clogged?

^^ Unlikely but I'm pulling them all and trying with another know good set. There's not much else besides maybe the DME is malfunctioning. Does the DME decide the duration the injectors stay open from the CPS? I believe the CPS is good though due to the fact I'm still getting spark. These cars do some strange things!
