No start: fuel issue

    the OBC has a security code option that controls a relay in the box above the ABS controller and depending on model it either controls power to coil or a power signal to ECU or power to main relay (if a code is set this relay will not power up one of these and car will not start ) but we have seen the relays fail on the OBC relay box causing various not start issues .

    from the ETM for your car it appears to control the the main relay (page 110) (you mentioned testing a relay for power but never said which one) ,so if you have power at 86 pin of main relay this is not your issue assuming ETM is also correct....

    sounds like you have an aftermarket alarm installed and this could be causing your no start as who knows hows it wired in ,i would look at removing it to eliminate it as a possible cause of no start

      Also you can bypass the OBC relay pretty easy won't hurt anything. When I trouble shot mine I was able to test it with jumper wires.

        I caved and took it up to Spec Motorsport. I just don't have time to keep farting around with it
