I have to keep my foot partway on the throttle in order to start the car cold. In colder weather, I need to keep my foot on the throttle for a few minutes until it warms up enough to maintain idle. once warm, the car idles fine. i took the ICV out and cleaned it several times. I also tested the resistance values across the three pins and they all tested normal. I replaced the coolant temp sensor. I'm going to take the AFM out today to test the temp switch in that, but I was also looking into doing a smoke test for vacuum leaks. Only problem is I don't know of any shops locally (Wilkes-Barre, PA) that will do that. Any advice would be much appreciated, as winter is coming quick. Thanks!
