I finally got engine started. So now I have new problem. Car starts and revs up to about 3000 RPM maybe 5 -10 seconds later drops. Ands starts going up and down between 1000 - 2000 rpm. It appears runs OK above 3000 rpm.

I think I got this figured out, IDLE control unit is Dead. Car runs exactly the same way with the unit removed. Plus resistance on the unit between pins 1 and 5 over 20Mohms Something is really messed up there -

Idle Control Unit is behind the glove compartment next to ECU. It looks like this

Update on the problem: after replacing idle control unit. Things got better, now rpm does not go above 1200, but still bouncing between 700 and 1200. I have adjusted TPS to the correct specifications and car now run good when it is cold.
So now I am thinking the issue may have to do with the temp sensors that feed ECU, also may be fuel pressure but that maybe long shoot ( Will test it just in case). This is end up to be very tricky problemComment

At the end it was AFM part number for the installed was for the older 325ES 280 202 066. Correct part number should ending at 091Comment
