It's really weird it just cranks and cranks I found that if I unplug the icv it will actually fire but won't run at all. But It does combust leading me to believe that the Ecu is functioning and getting timing data from the cps so it SEEMS like the ecu is working. It's been sitting for along time maybe it's bad gas?

Try a stomp test, see what codes it throws out to give you some idea of what the ecu senses is wrong.

if the CEL doesnt come on when ignition first is turned on then DME is NOT powering up

Cel is deff there i don't get what could make it stop running after it kicks over
Again it will only fire if the icv is unplugged I cleaned that out but still no running
It's been sitting for awhile.

so you're saying it wasn't running before the battery mishap? if it's just been sitting and not ran beforehand there's a lot of things it could be that have nothing to do with the battery thing.

No it totally ran. But it was sitting for awhile so the battery went dead and after charging we are here. I'm really surprised it's been sitting for like 7months
