I've been searching to find a complete kit. Belt, tensioner, thermostat, water pump. I know someone was offering one but can't find who.

www.eeuroparts.com has a "kit" with the belt, and tensioner, and then the water pump and thermostat are available separately. Don't forget the guide pin and compression spring.
Their prices are pretty competitive. I just ordered the above, and a bunch of other stuff for my IX project.1988 325IX - Miss New Jersey

i always buy bits separately so i get the good brands89 E30 325is Lachs Silber - currently M20B31, M20B33 in the works, stroked to the hilt...
