on a cold start my afr gauge reads 14.9 then drops to full ritch is this norm. onece warmed gauge bounces from 13.5 to 15.5 . i have already replaced o2 ,tps. blue coolent temp. and full ignition. also cleaned icv. but when i checked icv connector i had low voltage on one side. norm is 12,10,10 i had 12,10,3.
