I need to replace the two fuel hoses that run to the fuel rail and the FPR in the engine bay as they are cracking and leaking fuel. I believe one is a supply and one is a return. I am unable to find part numbers for them so I'm figuring I have to buy a certain length of hose and cut it to size. What kind of hose will I need? And how much of it do you think I will need?

Fuel hoses
Make sure you buy the high pressure fuel injection hose, the cars line pressure is 3.0 bar / 43psi so just get higher than that. It could be labeled 8mm, 7.9mm, or 5/16. It's all the same. Replace them one at a time so you don't mix them up, and pop the fuel filler cap or the system will be pressurized and maybe perhaps shoot you in the face with gas like me. I think it even holds pressure with a check valve or with the pump, so be careful.Last edited by Navarone; 03-06-2015, 12:33 AM.

You can get 5M of Conti (OE) FI hose from autohausaz for about $30. It's enough to do 2 cars under the hood plus a little left over.
