Help identifying this hose 1984 325e

Hey guys- can you help me identify this insulated hose coming out my expansion tank? (Right side on photo).

It's leaking all over the place, but I don't see anything like it on Bav Auto or Pelican. It runs from the expansion tank to the top right corner of the radiator
