At this point, I would suggest that you take your stereo out and put everything back to the original state to see if you can start the car. Putting a stereo into an E30 has caused so many problems, especially if the wiring system has already been butchered.
The ECU needs to see pulses comming from the CPS before it will turn the fuel pump on. Check the CPS, the specs are in the Bentley or swap it with a known working one.
I thought the fuel pump turns on when the key is in the run position?
