Photos/Install of Adjustable Fuel Pressure Reg

I'm looking for a good photo or two of how others have mounted an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I purchased one from BMP Design partly to diagnose what I think might be leaky injectors, plus more information and data (i.e. reading a gauge) to me is helpful to have.

I was thinking I saw one of these mounted where the stock fuel pressure regulator sits, but wondered if there was any other option. It appears to come with some kind of adaptor piece/pass-through which I thought might replace the stock pressure regulator, and then the component with the gauge would mount near the firewall where the fuel hard-lines/fuel hose meet up?

Im going to tidy it up a little bit more when I refit the 2.8L in a few months time, but I just mounted the adjustable reg to the strut tower. Provides easy access if you want to adjust fuel pressure.

One that claims to mount where the stock reg is won't fit. There is barely enough room for the brass fitting, let alone a regulator with a big diaphragm. The kits I have seen listed specifically for E30's are all remote ones like mine.

I believe IE sell something very similar. Mine has the brass fitting in the rail in place of the original reg, t piece for the gauge, then the fuel line runs to the actual regulator. From the other side of the regulator the fuel line runs to the solid return line that runs back under the car to the tank. Very easy to fit up.
Just a little project im working on

There are a couple that fit, the Kirbins and Accufab one for a Grand National fit and sumoashe from here has one that fits there as well(now that I read it, it is a Kirbins). There was also one from Holley but rumors to leak.

Here's an IE on my track car. Of course I removed the power steering so there's no reservoir in the way.
