Just for curiosity reasons is this very dirty?, replacement going in anyways but I'm curious! Seems bad to me. Also should I replace the vaccum lines if they are kinda dry?

You should pull that out and unroll it to see what is really inside.

And then don't worry too much if you don't find a bunch of rust flakes or someone's cat...
