If so there is a chance that the OBC code function is preventing your car from starting. The OBC code function kills spark and injector pulse.

Here is a link that might help with what I suggested above.

As far as the obc relay, I do not have a box under there other than the chimer. I'm unsure if I have a 6 or 13 button due to the car coming stripped of it. Is there any way I could find the plugs and by pass it? Or can you remove the whole harness for it

If you truly have a 13 button OBC then you should be able to find the plugs and bypass it. Since you have the door chime, find and look at the plugs for the door chime. The OBC plugs and door chime plugs are identical except for color. The door chimes plugs are black and the OBC are green. The door chime should also have 2 plugs with 2 wiring harnesses. One harness goes to the drivers side and kinda disappears into the firewall(not so Important). The other harness goes up to the cluster and then over to the OBC(Important). follow this harness about a foot up from the door chime and you should find the green OBC plug. The other green OBC plug should be near by, but on another harness, and close to the ABS module (large metal box that almost hits your left knee when sitting in your car). Once you find both OBC plugs then do the following:

There are 2 GREEN plugs with about 8 wires that go to the OBC relay. The 2 largest wires of about 8 (green and green/red) should have 12 volts going through them. If your OBC relay is missing, unplugged, or malfunctioning then only 1 green wire will have 12 volts and voltage will not reach the main relay causing no spark or injector pulses. Cut the 2 largest wires (green and green/red) of the OBC relay plugs and splice together to bypass the OBC relay if you are having voltage issues with the OBC relay or main relay. This is only if you have a 13 button OBC.

Ok so followed the wires and I came to this plug, I guess that would mean I have the 6 button correct?

Correct. That is the plug that goes to the back of a 6 button OBC, so none of the above applies.

Ok so I'll try switching the sensors tomorrow afternoon and also change my flywheel as well or grind down the welds first to see if it fixes anything
