timing belt rubber cover/cps wire holder? help

Hey R3v just wrapping up a timing belt job (first time). Where do these two covers go? I took pictures before but they arnt the best and it's still hard to tell where they go. They hold in the cps and the other wire (forget what it's called). I'm searched and someone forgot it aswell but I can't figure out how it goes in. Thanks!

There should be two plastic clips in the upper timing cover and the thin cover clips on

2 x It14 clips into the slots on the timing cover then it 15 attaches to it.
