Need help identifying this hose

I have this short hose hanging underneath my TB switch on my M20 that I'm swapping into my 2002. Motor is from an '87 325. I can't figure out what this connects to.

Is this for the charcoal canister? The hose doesn't seem right for it, but I can't figure out what else it could be. I've done the usual googling...
