    Orphaned MAF Setup. Help?

How do I install this MAF? Do I plug it in and splice DME wire #12 into #37? Anything else?

I am helping a friend install this MAF setup. He bought it off someone, and neither of us are familiar with the conversion (though I've had E30s for a few years now). The M20 is entirely stock otherwise and is from a 1991 325i. The DME that came with it has a W.A.R. chip.

    Thanks in advance.

      Is this a Miller setup?
Look on their website for installation instructions.
Edit: This is the link to their Gen III setup. Not sure if anything changes with pin outs.

Why would someone put the timing belt change sticker on the ECU?

I honestly don't know where it came from, which is why I'm asking.

I've found a few differing instruction sets, depending on source. Some are as easy as "clip one wire, then solder it to that one". Others, like the one you linked, are totally different and much more involved.

            I'm lost.

You're going to want to see what WAR chip is installed. That should tell you how to proceed. I would open up the ecu.
