M20 wont crank over?

Have a 323i body with a b27 and 885 head swapped, put in a motronic 1.3 ecu and engine loom but it wont crank over.

Have tested that the starter motor was getting 12v, tried to jump the starter motor but I dont think we did it right, didnt spin at all. Put another starter motor in and still nothing.

Am getting power to the instuments and theres power on the green wire so I dont know whats up.

Anything else I can test? We are so lost.

I had the same issue, your starter wiring is probably messed up. I have the same exact car haha 323i with a head swap. I will get a pic of my starter set up but don't worry, you will get it started.

Your ignition switch might be bad and it's not sending the signal to activate the starter solonoid, even though it has power.
