Just a quick thought...I would also disconnect the charcoal canister and plug the vacuum port (if you havent already). At least until you (hopefully) get it running. Good luck.

Could be a number of things. Ignition switch is one thing I didnt see mentioned. Does it have the OBC? I know it can shut off fuel, but not sure if water intrusion could affect it in such a way.

These cars are not too complicated when it comes to electrical issues, but if you have multiple electrical issues all at once things can get real tricky.

Ill check back. Hope it works out for ya.

Yes it has the obc connected but it was the one that was underwater lol, I could try getting a fresh one and pluging that in, oddly enough I got a new ecu and did the stomp test and got back 1444 code for no errors . Like I said all six plugs are getting spark and we even sprayed gasoline into the intake and still no combustion, just keeps turning over

Might be bad news. Have you checked compression?

My friend (he's a mechanic) also recommended this, he says he thinks the cylinders are washed out. Recommended putting a little oil in the cylinders and hoping that creates a seal to increase compression. Haven't done a actual compression test but I'll look at it today, I'll update after.

She's alive!! Turn out my friend was right, poured a little oil in the cylinder and she started right up. Still a few things I have to work out but the idle is smooth and throttle response is good too. Thanks to eveyone who helped out
